Lukeke

Luke Jacomb (Auckland, New Zealand) and Katherine Rutecki (New York, USA) have respectively risen to the forefront of the international studio glass movement. In 2006 they introduced Lukeke Design and created a studio in Avondale, Auckland (New Zealand), where they still operate from today.

"We collaborate to produce an affordable range of handmade cast and blown glass works. We want to bring beautiful glass work into people's homes."

Their reputation is already firmly established in the United States and they are both represented in significant private and public collections, including the Ebeltoff Glass Museum (Denmark), Corning Museum of Glass (New York, USA) and the New Orleans Museum of Art (Louisiana, USA).
